Cindy Suurd Ralph s'est jointe à la Force régulière en tant qu'officier de sélection du personnel en janvier 2001 et a pris sa retraite au grade de lcol en juin 2022 pour se joindre au corps professoral civil du CMR. Elle est titulaire d'un baccalauréat en arts (psychologie) de l'Université York, d'une maîtrise en sciences de la psychologie appliquée (industrielle et organisationnelle) de l'Université Saint Mary's et d'un doctorat en psychologie sociale de l'Université Queen's.
Elle est professeur agrégée au CMR et cheffe du département de psychologie militaire et de leadership. Ses intérêts de recherche comprennent le leadership et le changement de culture organisationnelle.
