Cette base de données est un guide de ressources destiné aux journalistes qui souhaitent avoir l’opinion des membres du corps professoral du CMR à Kingston, en Ontario, en tant qu’experts en la matière.

Le CMR compte de nombreux professeurs qui pourraient accorder des entrevues aux médias par téléphone, en personne ou à la télévision.

Bien qu’ils soient assujettis aux Directives et ordonnances administratives de la Défense (DOAD) 2008-2, les employés civils dans l’Équipe de la Défense, membres du corps professoral du CMR s’expriment à titre professionnel ou en tant que simples citoyens en vertu de leur droit à la liberté d’expression, conformément à l’Article 5 de la Convention entre le Conseil du Trésor et l’Association des professeurs des collèges militaires du Canada.

Les professeurs du CMR ne parlent pas au nom du CMR, à moins d’y être autorisés.

Les professeurs militaires du CMR qui sont membres des Forces armées canadiennes (FAC) sont guidés par la DOAD 2008-2 et les Ordonnances et règlements royaux (ORFC), volume I, chapitres 19.14, 19.36, 19.37 et 19.375.
