LCol Stéphanie Le Coze is an Assistant Professor and also Acting Head of the Department of Military Psychology and Leadership (MPL) at the Royal Military College of Canada. Their research focuses on cross-cultural psychology, with particular interests in the influence of culture on human behaviour, cognition, and well-being, and the application of culturally informed approaches to psychological research and practice.
LCol Le Coze teaches undergraduate courses in psychology, especially PSF 301, 324 and 401 and is committed to developing students' critical thinking, research skills, and understanding of human behaviour in diverse cultural and organizational contexts. As Acting Head of the Department of Military Psychology and Leadership, she provides academic leadership in support of excellence in teaching, research, and service to the College and the Canadian Armed Forces.
